VanDyk Mortgage is a FHA Direct Lender and we offer FHA Jumbo loans up to your full County FHA Loan limit for 2010. This may sound strange, but many lenders are limited to a cap of $650K on FHA Loans, regardless of the corresponding FHA County Loan Limit. This constraint is due to their warehouse financing (ie, their line of credit for funding mortgage loans). We lend up to the full FHA County Loan limit in all areas that we service.
FHA Jumbo Loans are those that are $417,001 (aka the conforming loan limit) and up to the county limit. In many parts of California FHA Loans are available up to $729,750. This would include Los Angeles, Orange County, Ventura County, San Francisco, Alameda county, Santa Clara, San Jose, San Mateo, Contra Costa, and more.
